We are excited to announce a new feature to our website, the Speak Out Blog! You'll always find it by clicking on the Speak Out blog on the left hand side of the screen. You can also find it by clicking on the Blogs tab at the top of the page.
The Speak Out Blog is categorized into topic areas including an open forum, the Lepanto Little River Ramblings, Marked Tree Musings, Tyronza Tidbits, Sports Talk, Political Scene and Classmate Connection. You people have got to be kidding me. The one actual reporter/journalist that you had has now been fired. Mark Randall had taken this little paper and turned it into an informative weekly publication.
Before Mark, all we had to read about was somebody's kid or what was for dinner. Mark actually went to council meetings and reported the actual business of the city. He did not back down from the good ole boy network and reported things as they are, that is until the owners reigned him in.
This will soon be another paper that will go out of business.
