Introducing the Democrat Tribune

July 1st brings in a new chapter for our newspapers. The next edition of the newspaper you'll hold in your hand will be the Poinsett County Democrat Tribune.

For advertisers this means your ad will no longer be confined to a portion of Poinsett County, but will reach all of it! If you've been considering marketing your business in the western part of the county, you will now have open access to all those potential clients!

As the Democrat Tribune emerges, I'll be out in the communities visiting businesses and sharing the word about our newest endeavor. Being a Poinsett County wide paper makes us larger, stronger and thus a more marketable tool for businesses wanting to promote their name in the communities.

Not only will our readership expand, but we are working on making our circulation even better by distributing newsstands across the county and implementing strategies to encourage larger readership.

We will still be your hometown newspaper. Now we will be even more!
