The Foothills Tractor Club out of Pocahontas began their first tractor ride of the summer in Lepanto last Friday, June 12. The club started the trip at the barn next to the Painted House Museum in Lepanto with eight antique tractors. From there, the club spent the morning riding throughout the county, making a stop at Dyess in nearby Mississippi County to visit the Johnny Cash Boyhood Home. The club also rode up to Rivervale before stopping back in Lepanto for a lunch of beans and cornbread prepared by the staff of the Painted House Museum.
