Trumann council talks street cleanup

The Trumann City Council discussed the appearance of the city's streets at its November meeting. The discussion began with alderman Bonnie Winkles addressing the issue of children walking in the streets. Winkles said that a large portion of the issue is contributed to the children playing basketball in the street.
