Festivals kick-off Saturday in Poinsett County

The Arkansas Rice Festival and the Trumann Wildcat Duck Festival will both open today giving folks around the county two fun filled events to attend. In downtown Weiner, year 45 of the rice festival kicks off with a 5K race at 8 a.m. From noon to 2 p.m., the rice tasting lunch will be at Catholic Hall. ...
