This year, for the first time in EPC history, there are two sets of sisters playing on the senior girls basketball team. In the early 1990's, the Pleasants' twins, Ginny and Beth, played for former senior girls coach Greg Poole, but there has never has there been two sets of sisters at the same time. Until now.

The Rand sisters, Myrtle and Latonya, and the Holiman sisters, Lindsay and Marissa, recently competed with their team at the 3AAA-South Sr. Girls District Tournament in Manila. Both are unsure at this point about their future plans but hope to continue playing basketball throughout high school.

Lindsay Holiman (#55), the only senior on the team, plays center.
