The Marked Tree Indians are voted by 3AA conference coaches to finish second in the conference as stated in this year's Hooten's Arkansas Football magazine.

The 448-page magazine is in its 10th year of publication and offers the most comprehensive preseason football coverage in Arkansas.

In addition to extensive high school coverage, the publication offers an in-depth preview of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Southeastern Conference. Arkansas State and every state college are previewed as well as all 117 Division I college teams in America. The Razorbacks are picked to finish third in the SEC West Division and are ranked No. 33 nationally. ASU is ranked No. 113 out of 117 Division I teams.

The magazine also features coaches' polls for each high school conference, a national college poll and high school super teams. Razorback quarterback Matt Jones is featured on the publication's front cover.

Hooten's high school favorites to win it all in 2002 are Springdale in Class AAAAA, Stuttgart in Class AAAA, Warren in Class AAA and Harding Academy in Class AA.

Hooten's Arkansas Football has complete fall schedules for all high school and college teams.

The magazine is published annually by Hooten Publishing, Inc., of Little Rock.
