AHTD to hold design public hearing in Tyronza

LITTLE ROCK - The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will hold a Design Public Hearing in Tyronza to discuss plans for a new interchange on Highway 63, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

The hearing will be held Tuesday, Feb. 11, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tyronza Elementary School, 412 South Main Street (Highway 118) in Tyronza.

The meeting will focus on a proposal to construct an interchange at the junction of Highway 63 and Highway 118 near Tyronza. The project will include reconstruction and widening of the main lanes on Highway 118 and the addition of frontage roads on Highway 63.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to view displays, ask questions and offer comments.
