Lori Beth Fountain

Lori Beth Fountain, 18, of Proctor, Ark., died on Monday, June 16, 2003 in Proctor.

She was a cook at Bonanza in West Memphis and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Robert and Sherry (Simmons) Fountain and brother James Fountain of the home; grandparents, R.L. and Hazel Fountain of Conway, Ark. and Sara Simmons and the late Clayton Simmons, Sr. of Marked Tree; aunts, Rhonda King of Harrisburg, Pamela Tacker of Tyronza, Wand Hindman of Conway, Becky Hindman of Conway and Melinda Bettis of Marion; great-great aunt Pearl Simmons of Harrisburg and uncles, Clay Simmons of Manila, Jerome Simmons of Marked Tree, Buddy Hindman of Conway, and Walter (Buck) Meeks of Little Rock.

Funeral services were Thursday, June 19, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Roller Citizens in West Memphis with James Dollihitte officiating. Burial followed at Tyronza Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were James Fountain, Clay Simmons, Jerome Simmons, Buck Meeks, Buddy Hindman and Tommy Bettis.
