Annie Mae Davis

Annie Mae Davis, 89, of Joiner died of kidney failure March 18 at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Born Jan. 5, 1915, Davis was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pisby Missionary Baptist church.

Davis was survived by one daughter: Mae Davis of Joiner; two sons: Charles Wicks, Jr. of Osceola and Perry Lee Bell of Hot Springs; three sisters: Janie Hughes, Roxie Hughes and Lillian Graham, all of Memphis; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 26 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 27 at Mt. Pisby Church in Chelfield with Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Pisby Cemetery in Chelfield.
