Cynthia Renee Frazier Pratt

Cynthia Renee Frazier Pratt, 43, of West Memphis died Monday, April 26 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Frazier was a waitress at the Old Feed House in West Memphis.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Pratt of West Memphis; one step-daughter: Courtney Barker of Jonesboro; two sons: Mathew Hatley of Marked Tree and Tommy West, Jr. of Alamagorda, New Mexico; one step-son: D.J. Pratt of Jonesboro; her mother, Sue Frazier of West Memphis; two sisters: Diane Frazier and Donna Poyner, both of West Memphis; two brothers: Terry Frazier of West Memphis and Bobby Frazier of Atoka, TN; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis.
