Ezona Townsend

Ezona Townsend, 76, of Haleyville, Ala. died Friday, June 11 at her residence.

Survivors include her husband, Otis Townsend of the home; two daughters; Pamela Jean Townsend Walker of Haleyville, Ala. and Juanita Fay Townsend (Wilkinson) Troupe of Huntsville, Ala.; one brother: Homer Miles of Haleyville, Ala.; two sisters: Emma Townsend of Haleyville, Ala. and Leona Pratt of Lynn, Ala.; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 13 at Sardis Baptist Church in Alabama with Brother Baker and Brother Chambliss officiating. Burial followed in an adjourning cemetery.
