Lisa Camille Battles

Lisa Camille Battles, 42, of Manila died Tuesday, March 1, at her residence.

Survivors include a son, Philip Wade Oatsvall of Pascagoula, Miss.; two daughters, Megan Kylie McGinnis of Manila and Dana Lee Battles Ferguson of Etowah; her parents, Camilla Battles of Etowah and Carl Don Battles of West Memphis; two sisters, Patti Battles Wicklund of Gosnell and Donna Battles Besinger of Lepanto; a brother, Clay Brewer of Lepanto; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 6 at Lepanto United Methodist Church, with Joe Sparks officiating. Burial followed in Garden Point Cemetery at Etowah under the direction of Murphy Funeral Home of Lepanto.

Pallbearers were Kevin Ferguson, Keith Mangrum, Gary Tucker, Jimmy Besinger, Patrick Adams and Lee Burrow.

Memorials may be made to the Megan McGinnis Scholarship Fund, in care of South Bank at Manila.
