Venita Ruth Blagg

Venita Ruth Blagg, 74, of Wilson died Thursday, May 26, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital at West Memphis.

Born at Leachville, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Blagg of Wilson; three daughters, Sheila Robertson of Hollow Rock, Tenn., Glenda Bloodworth of Crawfordsville and Brenda White of Proctor; three sons, Bobby Blagg of Wilson, Gary Blagg of Turrell and Dennis Blagg of DeValls Bluff; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Pauline Harell and Myrtle Harper, and two brothers, John Harper and Richard Harper.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 29 at Wilson Funeral Home of Tyronza with Sister Gwen Hooker officiating. Burial followed in Louise Chapel at Joiner.
