Diane Lynn Plunk

Diane Lynn Plunk, 49, of Lepanto died Friday, Feb. 10 at SMC Regional Medical Center in Osceola.

She was a retired Shelby County sheriff's deputy and of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Plunk of Lepanto; two daughters: Jessica Gurley of Lepanto and Heather Gurley of Memphis; two brothers: Mike Darden of Atoka, Tenn. and Stan Darden of Adamsville, Tenn.; her father, Gay Darden of Arlington, Tenn. and one grandchild, Steven Gurley.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto with Jack Dennis officiating. Burial followed at Bethesda Cemetery in Friendship, Tenn. with Murphy Funeral Home in charge.
