Juanita V. Turpen

Juanita V. Turpen, 79, of Marked Tree died Dec. 3, 2006, at her residence in Marked Tree.

Turpen, the widow of Buford Turpen, was born in Harrisburg to the late Ruben and Mary (Taylor) Graham. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by four daughters and their husbands: Wanda and Tooter Gaddis of Marked Tree, Jackie and Robert Justice of Marked Tree, Carolyn and Boyce Cope of North Little Rock and Joyce Kay of Heth; one son and his wife, Richard and Debbie Turpen of Carencro; two sisters, Jeanette Morris and Mary Kay; two brothers, R.C. and Paul Graham; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Wanda Secrease officiating. Burial followed at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Pallbearers were Dickey Turpin, Chase Cope, Daniel Adamson, John Turpin, Eugene Gaddis, and BoBo Cope. Honary Pallbearers are Chris Cope, Tooter Gaddis, Robert Justice and Lowell Gaddis.
