Formerly from Lepanto and Hughes, he was retired from Community Ford in Albany, Miss. where he was an auto dealership manager.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Richardson; three daughters: Kim Emery of Colleyville, Texas, Kelley Hughes of Farmington and Karen Richardson of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sons, Hugh E. "Rich" Richardson Jr. of Garfield and Keith Tackeberry of Germantown, Tenn.; one sister: Joyce Laws of Memhpis, Tenn.; one brother: Thomas Richardson of Russellville and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan. 2 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis. Burial followed in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
