Thomas R. McClelland

Thomas R. McClelland, 76, of Dyess died on Saturday, Feb. 24 at Three Rivers Nursing Center in Marked Tree.

A longtime resident of Crittenden County and of Dyess, he was a retired truck driver, a veteran of the U.S. army and former police officer. He was a member of Dyess Central Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death his parents, Morris and Doris McClelland; his first wife, Betty Grover McClelland; his second wife, Ann Moore McClelland; one sister, Evelyn Carter; three brothers, Donald McClelland, Robert "Dolly" McClelland and Russell McClelland.

Survivors include one son, Thomas P. McClelland of West Memphis; two daughters, Tina M. Webb of Marked Tree and Terri Andrews of West Memphis; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Memorial service will be held from 2 -- 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 at Roller-Citizen Funeral Home in West Memphis.
