James H. Hunt

James H. Hunt, Jr., 50, of Lepanto, formerly of Benton, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2007, after a lengthy illness.

He is survived by his wife Cathy Hunt and daughter Sarah Hunt of the home. He is also survived by his mother, Virginia Eason Hunt of Lakeland, Fla.; one sister, Jan Hunt of Lakeland, Fla. and one brother, Tommy Hunt of Ft. Meyers, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his father James Hunt, Sr. and his grandparents Tom and Ethel Hunt and Allen and Hattie Mae Eason.

Funeral services were Monday April 16 at First Baptist Church in Lepanto with Pastor Jim Duffel officiating.

Pallbearers were Bill Warren, Randy Parker, Gary Tedford, Randy Bridges, Tim Benton, and Paul Monroe.

Funeral arrangements were made by Murphy Funeral Home of Lepanto. Burial was in Potter Cemetery in Lepanto.
