Born March 14, 1924 in Selmer, Tenn., he was a farmer and a member of the Pentecostal Faith church.
Survivors include two sisters: Liddie Mann of Jopin, Mo. and Ruth Riley of Lonoke; one son, William Sipas of Teague, Texas; and one daughter, Cleo Carroll of Lepanto. Funearl services were Tuesday, June 5 at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza with Brother Gary Andrews officiating. Burial followed at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto.
