Brenda Sue Hodges Andrews

Brenda Sue Hodges Andrews, age 59, of Steele, Missouri passed away Saturday at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Ulysses Hodges and Earnestine Tacker Hodges; step-father, Dick McKnight; and sister, Charlotte Whatley.

Andrews lived in Wynne until 1975 and had lived the last 20 years in Steele, Missouri. She was a minister's wife for 39 years. She was a graduate of Arkansas Institute of Ministry of Alma, Arkansas. Mrs. Andrews was a member of Pentecostal Church of God.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Rev. Gary Andrews of the home; son, Gary Andrews, Jr. of Vilonia; daughter, Anita Sue Andrews Pitts of Kennett, Missouri; brother, Robert Nelson Mcknight of Wynne; sisters, Patricia Ashley of Wynne and Tina Ashley of Vilonia; grandchildren, Christian, Nathan, Breanna, Ashlee, Charlotte, Floyd III "Bubba".

Funeral services were Tuesday, January 8 at Kernodle Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Ellis Chapel Cemetery.

Memorial may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
