Ruby Mae Green

Ruby Mae Green, 50, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, Oct. 5, at NEA Medical Center.

Born in Lepanto, she had lived most of her life in Trumann before moving to Jonesboro two years ago and was a former employee of the Baldwin Piano Co. in Trumann.

Survivors include a daughter, Tracy Green of Jonesboro; a son, Derrick Green of Trumann; four sisters, Cordelia Franks and Mary Peridore, both of Lepanto, Betty Lucas of Tyronza and Ruth Beeks of Davenport, Iowa; four brothers, Bobby McClain, Timmy McClain and Robert McClain, all of Marked Tree, and Ricky McClain of Lepanto; and two grandchildren, Richard Hunter Green and Dylan Scott Brogdon, both of Jonesboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lura Austin McClain.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Burial followed in Marked Tree Cemetery.

Pallbearers included Ronald Lucas, Randy Lucas, Jason McClain, Michael Brewer, Brian McClain and David Franks.
