TPD felony arrest reports

The Trumann Police Department released the following felony arrests:

Becky Denison, 631 Monroe, was arrested on July 4 by Ptl. Gary Swift. She was charged with possession of controlled substance (hydrocodones), criminal mischief and domestic assault.

According to police reports she was arrested for damage she allegedly did to her boyfriends truck, assaulting him and she had the hydroconones in her possession at the time of arrest.

She was given a bond of $2,500.

Maria Foxx, 341 Hobart, was arrested by by Det. Jonathan Skaggs and Ptl. Dale Parker she was charged with tampering with physical evidence and prostitution.

According to police reports Foxx was at a man's residence and she agreed to have sex with him for money. The man later reported he had $600 taken from him and officer's went to her residence and she tried to get rid of the money.

She was released on her own recognizance.

Arrested in the same case was William Garner, 341 Hobart. He was charged with tampering with physical evidence and interfering with governmental operations. He was released on his own recognizance.

James Monty Swindle, 205 West Speedway, was arrested on July 4 by Ptl. Alan Bailey. He was charged with domestic abuse battery 2 2nd offense and violation of no contact order. Swindle got into an altercation with his girlfriend and there was a no contact order against her.

He was given a bond of $5,000.

Vernon Dale Spears, Jr., 300 South Pine #32, was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Paul Keith and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, robbery, felony theft and assault.

According to police records Spears pushed his mother down and took money and van keys. When he was stopped in the van he had a drug pipe on him.

He was given a $100,000 cash bond.

Monte Lee Rodgers, 220 Thomas Street, Wynne, was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Erik Willbanks. He was charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture.

According to reports Rodgers was stopped on a traffic stop and a search of the car produced items in the manufacture of meth.

He was given a $100,000 cash bond.

David Morgan, 206 Hall Street, Bay, was arrested on July 10 by Asst. Chief Tony Rusher. He was charged with violation of hot check law, over possession of pseudo ephedrine, attempt to purchase paraphernalia with intent to manufacture meth.

According to reports Morgan had a hot check warrant from him and police had records from different stores he had bought over his limit of pseudoephedrine in a 30 day period and he attempted to purchase items to manufacture meth.

He was released on his own recognizance.

Brandon Scott Lutz, 123 Payton, Caraway, was arrested on July 12 by Det. Skaggs and charged with theft over $500.

According to reports Lutz worked for a tire store and bought items for his truck on the store account.

He was given a bond of $1,500.

Bobby Russell, 501 Ash, was arrested on July 12 by Ptl. Gary Henry. He was charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd offense.

He was given a bond of $1,000.

Jeremiah Fox, 327 Gum, was arrested on July 12 by Ptl. Henry and charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd offense.

He was given a bond of $1,000.

All suspects were bound over to circuit court date with Sept. 8 trial dates.
