Hogan's celebrate 60th anniversary

Paul and Aline Hogan of Wynne will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on July 5. The couple was married on July 5, 1947, in Cross County. The couple has spent most of their married life, living, working and raising their family in Wynne.

Paul retired from Halstead Industries and started a second career working at IGA and Wal-Mart in Wynne. Aline is retired from Sanyo in Forrest City. The couple enjoys maintaining and working in their vegetable and flower gardens. Aline enjoys making jewelry in her spare time.

The couple has two children, Gary Hogan, and his wife, Joyce, of Cherry Valley and Sheila Borden and her husband, Al of Wynne; three grandchildren, Derrick, Eric and Gary Hogan, Jr; three-step grandchildren, Cheryl Roberts, Matthew Rouse and Sondra Tolliver and six step-great-grandchildren, Carin McClung, Mallory Roberts, Roclyn Tolliver, Blade Tolliver, Ben Rouse and Lydia Rouse.

The couple plans to visit the Cherry Valley Annual Class Reunion and hope to visit with friends they haven't seen in many years.
