Pearl Lillie Eaves

Pearl Lillie Eaves, 101, of Ash Flat, Ark., died Monday, May 18, 2009, at the Eaglecrest Nursing Center in Ash Flat, Ark. She was born in Dixon, Tenn, and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. Eaves was a retired restaurant cook and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Eaves was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Eaves, two sons, two daughters and was the daughter of the late Edward and Ada Ridge South.

Survivors include one daughter, Wilma Harrison of Ash Flat; one son, Billy Eaves of Ash Flat; Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two great-great--grandchilren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, with Rev. David Isaac officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.

Pallbearers will be Larry Gairhan, Donald Gairhan, Samuel Gairhan, Ricky Short, Beau Eaves and Eric Eaves

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
