Mildred Warren, 75, of Jonesboro died Friday, June 5, 2009 at the family residence. She was born in Manila and had lived most of her lifetime in Jonesboro and was formerly of Alabama. She was a plumber and of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by three sons, James, Donnie and Wayne Moody, her parents, Egar and Ella Morgan Wright, her step-father, L.B. Bishop, one sister and one brother.

Survivors include her husband, Dyer Warren of the home; one daughter, Brenda Jean Moody Taylor of Jonesboro; two step-daughters, Jullie Warren and Tamara Ruth Warren both of Conroe, Texas; one step-son, Allen Warren of Montana; three sisters, Macil Fortson and Melba Fike both of Trumann and Becky Graves of Jackson, Ms.; three brothers, Butch Wright of Trumann, Gene Wright of Oklahoma and Ronnie Bishop of Pocahontas; 17 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday, June 7 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral home in Trumann with Rev. Kenny Guy McMahan officiating.
