TRUMANN - Mr. Ralph Ray Davis was born on Nov. 27, 1926, to the late Harve (H.D.) and Jessie May Yeager Davis. He was born in Prentiss County, Miss., and left for his heavenly home from Jones County, Miss.

He was preceded by his parents, five brothers and one sister.

He is survived by hs loving wife of 64 years, Betty Lou Loggins Davis; one son, Ricky Hoyle Davis and wife Cherri of Waterloo, Ill.; two daughters, Glenna Ellen Davis McComb and husband David of Laurel, Miss., and Rhonda Gaye Davis Smith and husband Bruce of Twin Lake, Mich., and one brother, Bruce Davis of Trumann. He is blessed with 10 grandchildren and their spouses, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

He is loved by so many and is an active member of Journey Baptist Church in Laurel, Miss. He served our country in World War II in Guam and was a Mason from Blytheville.

A celebration of his life was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until time of service. Rev. Larry Loggins and Dr. Tad Rogers officiated. Burial followed at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.

Grandsons and granddaughters served as pallbearers with nephews as honorary pallbearers.
