CHEROKEE VILLAGE - Mrs. Wilma Jean Moss, 64, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

She was born in Osceola, Ark., and had lived in Cherokee Village for the past 10 years and was formerly of Bay and Trumann. She was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Moss was preceded in death by her husband, Mac Lewis Moss; one son, Billy Davis; one sister, Wanda York, and her parents, Robert and Mary Richards Dunkin.

Survivors include one son, Bobby Davis of Kansas City, Kans.; one brother, James Dunkin of Alabama, and four grandchildren.

Funeral service was Wednesday afternoon, May 2, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Jim West officiating. Burial followed in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.

Visitation was Tuesday evening, May 1, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.
