Delta Baseball League finishes regular season

The Delta Baseball League recently wrapped up its regular season play. All-Star teams will be picked in the next few days. Here are the results from season play.

The 8U had a split division. On the east side, the Marked Tree Indians were the top team with a 11-1 record. They were followed by the Trumann Cardinals (9-2), Trumann Timber Rattlers (6-4), Trumann Thunder (5-7) and the EPC Warriors (1-10). The west side saw the Weiner Cardinals on top with a 7-4 record. Harrisburg Farr and Harrisburg Armor both finished at 6-5 with the Bay Lightning going 0-11.

The 10U also had a split division. The Bay Cardinals were tops on the east side going 10-2. They were followed by the EPC Warriors (7-5), Trumann Vipers (5-7), Marked Tree Indians (4-8) and Trumann Rangers (2-10). At 7-3 the Weiner Cardinals won the west side. The Bay Yellowjackets 10 finished second at 7-4, Trumann Cardinals were third at 5-6 and the Harrisburg Big Hat Farms were fourth at 4-7.

The 12U division's top team was the Marked Tree Indians as they went 11-1. Harrisburg Lacy Welding and the EPC Warriors both finished at 9-3. Trumann Express went 4-7 as the Trumann Storm went 3-6. The Weiner Cardinals finished at 2-7 and the Bay Cardinals were 0-12.

There were only three teams in the 14U division. EPC and Harrisburg both finished at 5-3 with EPC winning the division on the tiebreaker. Trumann was third at 2-6.
