Noah Warren Ragsdale
TRUMANN - Mr. Noah Warren Ragsdale, 97, of Trumann, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, in Hillsboro, Mo. Mr. Ragsdale was born Dec. 21, 1914, in Stewart, Ark. He was a retired factory worker of McDonnell Douglas, veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II and a member of Trumann Revival Center.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Lucille Richardson Ragsdale, his parents, Earl and Mary Frances Allen Ragsdale, stepmom Vada Blunt Ragsdale; two brothers, Clarence and Herschel Woodrow Ragsdale; two sisters, Francis Vowel and Patsy Moss.
He is survived by one son, Rick Alan Ragsdale of St. Louis, Mo.; one daughter, Carole Ann Stahl (David) of Hillsboro, Mo.; two brothers, Earl Ragsdale of Black Rock, Ark., Paul Ragsdale of Hoxie, Ark.; two sisters, Virginia Hall and Judy Douglas of Black Rock, Ark.; four grandchildren; Kristen Ragsdale, Derick Ragsdale, Jenna Stahl and Dane Stahl.
Funeral service was 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Frank Hardwick officiating. Burial was in the Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.
Pallbearers were David Richardson, Terry Richardson, Charles Williams, Bobby Jones, Preston Jones and Cameron Jones.
Visitation was Saturday from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.
