Trumann 10-6, 5-2) travelled to Highland last Friday for a 4A-3 baseball with Highland and came away with a 6-5 win. Nate Maxwell picked up win with Cameron Jones getting the save.

Jay-Ryan Woods and Josh Evans both two hits and RBI to lead the Wildcats at the plate. Matthew Montgomery had a hit, a RBI and scored on a run as Maxwell and Jones both added a hit. Maxwell drove in a run and Jones scored one time.

Maxwell went 6 2/3 innings giving up five runs on 12 hits. He struck out three. Jones pitched the final 1/3 inning for the save.

Marked Tree (8-8, 8-2 2A-3) posted a 14-1 win over BIC this past Monday in high school baseball action.

Blake Daniels led a potent Indian offense collecting three hits and driving in four runs. Dylan Hunt had three hits and an RBI while Hunter Pitts also had two hits.

Brody McCrary picked up the win going all five innings. McCrary gave up one run on four hits while striking out four batters.

Bay (3-3, 2-2 1A-3 East) dropped a doubleheader to CRC this past Monday in Paragould. CRC won the opener 6-2 before taking the second game 9-1.

Kail Harris had two hits and an RBI in game one while Matt Chrocetto collected Bay's only hit in the night cap.

Ayson Lamb had a productive day for Harrisburg (4-10, 1-7 3A-3) as he had three hits, three stolen bases and scored two runs as the Hornets downed Hoxie 13-4 this past Monday in Hoxie.

Brett Horsley added two hits and two runs scored as Arizona Sharp had two hits and two RBIs for Harrisburg.

Matt Walton got the win going 5 2/3 innings while issuing seven walks and striking out three.

Weiner (6-5, 6-5 1A-3 East ) took a pair of games from Black Rock this past Tuesday at Weiner. The Cardinals won game one 7-6 on a walk off hit before coming back to win the night game 16-2.

Grant Johnson's third hit of the day produced the game winner in the bottom of the seventh inning. Johnson also got the win as he struck out eight Black Rock batters.

Johnson collected four more hits in the second game to give him seven hits and five RBIs in the twin bill. Logan Bray, J.T. Schwarz and Bairek Bush each had two hits and three RBIs.

Bay (4-3, 3-2) held on to post a 13-11 over RCS this past Tuesday in high school baseball action in Bay.

Harris had three hits for Bay as Zack Johnson had a home run as one of his two hit. John Stephens had three hits as Dylan Loven and Dylan Rush each had two hits.
