TRUMANN - Mrs. Carolyn Paulette Creecy Scrape, 61, of Trumann died August 9, 2013 at the family residence. Mrs. Scrape was born in Osceola, Ark. and had lived in Trumann for the past 54 years. She was a housewife, member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and of the Full Gospel Tabernacle. Mrs. Scrape was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Householder and her parents, Willie James and Ellen Lorene Nichols Creecy.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years James Michael Scrape of the home; two daughters, Tammy and husband Allan Garner of Jonesboro and Amanda and husband Don Worden of Trumann; two sisters, Barbara Green and Shirley Barnett both of Trumann; two brothers, Billy Creecy and Jimmy Creecy both of Trumann.

Funeral services were August 13, 2013 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Murry Ray officiating. Burial followed in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.

Pallbearers were Oliver Hinds, Dewayne Green, Eddy LaPiro, David LaPiro, Jason Thomas and Jimmy Creecy Jr.
