WEST MEMPHIS - Amos Frank Chambers, Sr., 92, of West Memphis, formerly of Payneway, died Feb. 9, 2014, in Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis. He was a farmer and served his country in WWII in the Army. He was preceded by his parents, Frank and Maudie Chambers, his wife, Juanita Chambers, son, David Chambers, brother Charlie Chambers and sister, Polly Stroud. Survivors include son, Amos Chambers, Jr (Linda) of Jonesboro; daughters Nola Stow of Lebannon, MO, Alice Herren (Michael)

of West Memphis, Marie Barr (Jimmy) of Lake Park, Ga., and Kathy Oneal of West Memphis; brothers, James Chambers of Etowah and Joe Chambers of Michigan; sister, Elizabeth Adkins of Florida; nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
