TRUMANN - Mr. Ronald Dye, 67, of Trumann died Feb. 22, 2014 at NEA Memorial Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born in Bunney, Ark., and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a supervisor at Columbia Forrest and a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Dye was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Shirley Mae Dye; five brothers, three sisters and his parents Earl Vernon and Mildred Venita Craig Dye.
He is survived by two sons, Ronnie (Jill) Dye and Tadd (Taylor) Dye both of Trumann; two daughters, Rhonda White (Gary Davis) of Hickory Ridge, and Tiffany (Justin) Elliott of Trumann; six grandchildren, Jonah White, Trevar Dye, Sarah White, Grayson Dye, Topanga Elliott and Lily Elliott; one sister, Betty Woodard of Marked Tree; two brothers, Rickey Dye and Tommy Dye both of Trumann; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, March 1, at 2 p.m. at Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann with Rev. Jim Shaw officiating. Burial will be private at Caraway Cemetery at Caraway.
Family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Maple Grove Baptist Church.
