Harrisburg (16-8, 8-4 4A-3) got 20 points from Keely Curtis as they beat Gosnell 69-47 this past Friday at Harrisburg. Jessica Webb and Keely Edwards each scored 18 points for the Lady Hornets. Gosnell won the junior high game 24-15.

Trumann went on the road to Westside and took a 52-32 conference win from the Lady Warriors. Taelor Gartman led the Lady Wildcats in scoring with 14 points as Hannah Wood added 11 points. Trumann won the junior high game 25-21.

Krystan Vornes scored 19 points and grabbed 20 rebounds to lead EPC (18-7, 12-2 2A-3) past Riverside 64-52 this past Friday in Lake City.

Harrisburg (16-9, 8-5) dropped a conference game to Pocahontas this past Friday night in girls' basketball action. Kelly Edwards scored 13 points to lead the Lady Hornets as Keely Curtis added 10 points. Pocahontas also won the junior high game 40-25.

EPC had five players hit double figures in scoring as the Warriors took a 67-62 win over Riverside this past Friday at Lake City. Xzavier Reed led the way with 21 points followed by Clay Malone with 14 points, Keyon Dorsey tossed in 12 points, J'Sebian Brown added 11 points and Montrell James finished with 10 points. The Junior Warriors lost 38-36 on a shot at buzzer. TJ Bush scored 18 points in the loss.

Harrisburg's Lady Hornets (17-9, 9-5) topped Westside 52-36 in girls' basketball action this past Friday in Jonesboro. Kylie DeVries scored 18 points to lead Harrisburg as Jessica Webb added 14 points.

Trumann (9-15, 5-9 4A-3) took a 61-42 win over the Gosnell Lady Pirates this past Monday night at Wildcat Gym. Lexi Jackson led the Lady Wildcats in scoring with 17 points as Zaria McGuire tossed in11 points for Trumann.

Jesse Penter scored 15 points and Cody Roland added 14 points at the Trumann Junior Wildcats beat Brookland 47-43 this past Monday in the opening round of the 4A-3 junior high district tournament being played at Highland.

Brennon Honeycutt scored 11 points for Harrisburg as they lost to Westside 63-16 in their opening round game of the 4A-3 junior high district tournament this past Monday.

Bay's junior girls and junior boys will play for district titles as they both posted victories this past Monday at the 1A-3 East junior district tournament being played in Bay. Tot Diaz scored 15 points to lead Bay past Ridgefield Christian 49-15. Olivia Ferguson and Bailee Kirby each added 12 points for the Junior Lady Yellowjackets. The Junior Yellowjackets (23-4) got 14 points from Layne Austin as they beat Maynard 69-29. Dax Gibson added 13 points as Zach Hampton tossed in 11 points.

Jayla Carter scored 11 points as the Marked Tree Lady Indians fell 60-20 to the Rivercrest Lady Colts this past Tuesday in Wilson.

Trumann needed overtime to get by Gosnell as the Wildcats posted a 78-74 win in 4A-3 conference play in Trumann. Kelon Booker led Trumann with 33 points as Jay Jones tossed in 14 points and Kevonte Andrews added 10 points for Trumann.
