Keely Edwards scored 14 points to lead Harrisburg (18-9) to a 65-13 win over Ridgefield Christian last this past Thursday in Harrisburg. Sara Osban added 10 points for the Lady Hornets.

The Harrisburg Hornets got 18 points each from Gavin Casebier and Gatlin Greeno as they downed Ridgefield Christian 77-53 in non-conference basketball action this past Thursday in Harrisburg. Walker Hammond and Dylan Mathis each tossed in 10 points.

Marked Tree had four players score in double figures as the Indians beat Osceola 76-53 in high school boys' basketball this past Thursday in Marked Tree. Nick Andrews led the way with 18 points and 16 rebounds as Markel Perry had a double double too with 12 points and 11 rebounds. LaQuentin Miles scored 11 points with Tyler Wofford adding 10 points.

Trumann's Junior Wildcats fell 71-50 in the semi-finals of the 4A-3 junior high district tournament to Westside. CeJayy Booker led Trumann with 14 points.

Tyler Pritchett and Taylor Layne scored 24 and 11 points respectively as the Bay Yellowjacekts (27-7) beat Flippin 61-43 this past Thursday night in Bay.

Bay's Lady Yellowjackets improved to 32-3 on the year with a 66-31 over Piggott this past Friday night in Bay. Katie Ferguson led the way for Bay with 24 points as Whitlee Layne tossed in 15 points on the night.

Trumann beat Armorel 69-57 this past Friday night in a non-conference match up at Wildcat Gym. Kelon Booker led the Wildcats in scoring with 19 points as Aaron Hamilton and Jay Jones each netted 10 points for Trumann.

Bay got 20 points each from Jonathan Crain and Taylor Layne as they Yellowjackets (27-7) beat Cross County 65-57 this past Friday night in Bay.

Bay (33-3) got 23 points from Whitlee Layne as the Lady Yellowjackets beat Ridgefield Christian 81-11 to advance to the championship game of the 1A-3 East district tournament at Maynard. Katie Ferguson added 20 points and Mallory Harley scored 10 points.

Bay (29-7) downed Ridgefield Christian 59-28 behind 16 points from Jonathan Crain as the Yellojackets will play for the 1A-3 East district title Friday in Maynard.

Marked Tree's Lady Indians saw their season end with a 53-28 loss to BIC in the opening round of the 2A-3 district tournament in Marked Tree. Jayla Carter and Shi'Nez Mitchell each scored 13 points for the Lady Indians.

Harrisburg (19-9) beat Trumann 45-37 to advance at the 4A-3 senior high district tournament in Gosnell. Jessica Webb scored 13 and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Lady Horents as Kylie DeVries and Keely Edwards scored 11 and 10 points respectively.
