Primary election is March 1

County Clerk Teresa Rouse wants to remind everyone that the Preferential Primary and Nonpartisan General Election will be Tuesday, March 1.

The polls will open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. Early voting is currently going on at the county courthouse and will continue until 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 29. The hours for early voting are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Anyone wishing to view their ballot choices online may do so by going to www.voterview.ar-nova.org.

Also, Rouse reminds Marked Tree voters that, due to the renovation of ASUN-Marked Tree, there will be a temporary change in polling site location to the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, located at 304 Frisco Street in downtown Marked Tree.
