Lady Warriors take 12-4 win over Marked Tree

EPC made it a season sweep over Marked Tree taking a 12-4 win over the Lady Indians this past Tuesday in Lepanto. The Lady Warriors won 20-11 earlier in the season on Marked Tree.

Ally Byers walked leading off for Marked Tree and promptly stole second base. Tiana Morris and Harley Daniels both struck out before Byers was caught in a run down between second and third for out number three. EPC took advantage of three Marked Tree errors in the bottom of the innings to plate two runs. Sarah Tacker and Madison Wiggins reached on back to back errors as Jaleigha Garrett reached on an error that scored courtesy runner Bre Ward and Wiggins making it 2-0 EPC. Kaylan Wilson popped out and Amelia Worsham lined out to end the first inning.
