Hindman leads Harrisburg to 9-3 win over Marked Tree

Harrisburg got a great game on the mound from Jordan Hindmam as he limited Marked Tree to three runs on five hits in a 9-3 complete game win last Thursday in Marked Tree.

Brady Castle was hit by a pitch leading off the game for Harrisburg. Castle stole second base and went to third on a throwing error. Hindman grounded out scoring Castle to make it 1-0 Hornets. Noah Benintende reached on an error and and went to second when Dylan Mathis was hit by a pitch. Benintende stole third base only to see a double play leave him stranded at third. Marked Tree responded with three runs in the bottom of the first inning as Blake Daniels drew a one-out walk before stealing second base. Gavin Lowry singled sending Daniels to third who scored a few pitches later on a passed ball to make it 1-1. Chaz Simmons reached first on a dropped third strike and Ricky Harmon was hit by a pitch to load the bases. Lowry was forced out at home on Ramiro Rodriguez's fielder's choice as Bailey Lucas reached on an error that scored Simmons and Harmon to make it 3-1 Marked Tree. Brandon Morgan struck out to end the inning.
