TRUMANN - Mrs. Mammie Ruth Craig Burnett Imler of Trumann departed this life on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 79. Mrs. Imler was born January 30, 1937 to the late Alexander and Elizabeth Stephens Craig. She was a lifetime resident of Trumann, a seamstress for the former Salant & Salant and a member of the Trumann Revival Center. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Burnett; two sons, Billy Joe Burnett and Eddie Wayne Burnett; five sisters, three brothers and her parents.

She is survived by her husband, W.C. Imler of the home; one daughter, Donna Faye Cobb of Nashville, Tenn.; one brother, Doyle "Sonny" Craig of Pocahontas; four grandchildren, Dayna Burnett, John Harvey Cobb, April Burnett Palmer and Stevin Wayne Burnett and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service were held Friday, Sept. 2 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Bro. Buddy Moore officiating. Burial followed in the Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery in Walnut Ridge, Ark.
