EPC (4-1, 2-0 2A-3) scored three times in the opening quarter and cruised to a 40-6 win over Midland in conference action this past Friday night. Chanc Gray led the Warriors' offense with 51 yards rushing and a touchdown while passing for 102 yards with a touchdown. Trevor Walker finished with 77 yards rushing and a touchdown. Jonathan Gilmore added 45 yards rushing and a touchdown to go along with 83 yards receiveing as Michael Jobe had a touchdown run. Dee Buchanan had a touchdown catch for EPC. Eric Driver has three-point conversions, Walker had one and Jobe added one. Andrew Cavitt led the Warriors' defense with 11 tackles.
Marked Tree (2-3, 0-2 2A-3) couldn't find a way to stop Gerry Bohanon as he accounted for six touchdowns for Earle in their 49-8 conference win this past Friday in Marked Tree. Paul Coleman led Marked Tree with 55 yards rushing along with 38 yards receiving and a touchdown as Nick Andrews chipped in 33 yards rushing. Jack Brown rushed for 25 yards, passed for 38 yards and a touchdown and added a two-point conversion run for Marked Tree. Jack Brown and Kylen Johnson each had six tackles to lead the Indians' defense. Kylen Johnson also recovered a fumble for Marked Tree.
Harrisburg (0-5, 0-2 4A-3) fell behind early and was never able to catch up as the Pocahontas Redskins handed the Hornets a 64-14 conference loss this past Friday at Hornet Stadium. Request for stats was not returned by Harrisburg at press time.
The Trumann Junior Wildcats (1-4, 0-3 4A-3) were stopped at the two-yard line on the last play of the game as Westside came away with a 24-20 win this past Thursday night. Ben Woodruff led Trumann in rushing with 42 yards and a touchdown as Chase Parrish finished with 40 yards and added a two-point conversion run. Jonah Haynie and Jaden Osment both scored a rushing touchdown for the Junior Wildcats.

Harrisburg's Junior Hornets (2-3, 0-3 4A-3) fell 52-6 to Pocahontas this past Thursday night in junior high football action. Request for stats was not returned by Harrisburg at press time.
Harrisburg and Trumann played this past Thursday in high school volleyball with Trumann coming back from two sets down to win in five sets, 22-25, 13-25, 28-26, 25-18, 15-8. For Trumann, Olivia Greenwell had four assists and two digs, Sydney Callahan had one assist and eight digs, Kaitlyn Rouse had four kills, Jana Morgan had three kills and one dig, Misty Moye had three digs, Camille Rutherford had three assists and two digs with Sydney Greenwell finishing with four digs. Destany Lovell led Harrisburg with 11 kills as Olivia Deckelman and Emily Newcomb each had eight kills. Newcomb added 27 assists with Lacey Lambright serving five aces on 22 of 24 serving. The Harrisburg Lady Hornets were back in action this past Monday night as they dropped five set match to Pocahontas 25-14, 25-22, 20-25, 17-25, 13-15. Lovell led Harrisburg with nine kills and two blocks with Newcomb finishing with 26 assists. Shaw Faulkner had 25 digs, Deckleman was 28 of 30 serving with three aces as Lambright was 14 of 15 serving with three aces.
