Harrisburg (0-9, 0-6 4A-3) hosted Brookland this past Friday at Hornet Stadium and was handed a 41-0 loss by the visiting Bearcats. Stats were not made available to PCDT at press time.

Cade Gartman rushed for 230 yards and two touchdowns this past Friday night as Trumann (6-3, 4-2 4A-3) beat Cave City 36-22 at Wildcat Stadium. The win sets up a Trumann-Highland showdown for the second year in a row with the winner hosting a Class 4A state playoff game. Highland won last year's game at Trumann. Jay Morgan finished with 37 yards rushing as Garrett Woods added 30 yards rushing and a touchdown along with a touchdown pass. Will White finished with a touchdown catch and kicked four extra points. Gartman added a two-point conversion run. Woods and Gartman each led the defense with four tackles. Morgan added a fumble recovery for the Wildcats.

Trumann's Junior Wildcats won a nail-biter 30-28 this past Thursday at Cave City to end their season with a 3-6 overall record while going 2-5 in 4A-3 conference play. Requests for stats were not returned to PCDT by press time.
