Kelon Booker scored 32 points to lead Trumann past Manila 74-66 in boys high school basketball action this past Tuesday. Aaron Hamilton and Cody Roland each scored 15 points as Ben Turner tossed in 11 points.

The Lady Indians of Marked Tree got 16 points and 10 rebounds from Tullia Tull as they posted a 62-13 win over KIPP Blytheville this past Monday. Jayla Carter added 13 points as CJ Barnes tossed in 12 points for Marked Tree. The Junior Lady Indians also won 44-6.
Whitlee Layne scored 19 points to lead Bay over Armorel 62-18 this past Monday at Armorel. The Lady 'Jackets also got 16 points from Abby Frisby. Bay also won the junior high contest 39-36.
The EPC Lady Warriors fell 40-31 to BIC this past Monday in high school girls' basketball action. Jaleigha Garrett led EPC with eight points. BIC won the junior high game 31-27.
Starlasia Simmons scored 12 points and Olivia Greenwell added 11 points but it wasn't enough as Manila held on for a 43-40 win over Trumann this Monday in Manila. Manila won the junior high game 38-27.
Lacey Lambright's basket with 15 seconds left gave the Harrisburg Lady Hornets a 49-48 win over Brookland this past Monday. Keely Curtis led Harrisburg in scoring with 16 points as Jessica Webb had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds with Cassie Armstrong adding 10 points for the Lady Hornets. Brookland won the junior high game 53-16.
Trumann used a big third quarter to beat Palestine-Wheatley 81-62 this past Monday in boys high school basketball action. Kelon Booker led Trumann with 27 points as Ben Turner and Cody Roland each added 10 points each. Trumann also won the junior high game 53-23.
Bay beat Pulaski Robinson 53-48 this past Saturday to take fifth place in the Battle at the Ridge tournament held in Pea Ridge. Taylor Layne led Bay with 20 points as Dustin Utley tossed in 15 points. Bay took a 57-35 win over Carthage, MO this past Friday as Layne scored 15 points, Utley finished with 13 and Slade Grover had a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Bay opened the tournament with a 57-54 loss to eStem last Thursday. Layne scored 28 points to lead the Yellowjackets with Utley adding 13 points for Bay.
