EPC (8-3) lost to Pine Bluff 44-43 on a last second shot by the Zebras in the Natural State Hoopfest his past Saturday in Jonesboro. Xzavier Reed scored 16 points to lead the Warriors as J'Sebian Brown added 11 points.

Marked Tree (6-5) lost to Arlington, TN 53-50 this past Saturday in the Natural State Hoopfest that was help at Jonesboro High School. Colby Malone scored 20 points to lead the Indians.

Trumann (3-5) let an 11 point lead after three quarters of play slip away as the Wildcats fell 80-75 this past Friday in Osceola. Kelon Booker led Trumann with 23 points as Ben Turner and Cody Roland both scored 20 points. Alex Moses added 10 points for the Wilcats.

Harrisburg (6-6) lost to Riverside this past Friday in basketball action in Harrisburg. Weston Stanford, Tommy Maloney and Walker Brown scored 10 points each for the Hornets. Riverside also won the junior high game 39-25.

Xzavier Reed scored 44 points to lead EPC (8-2) to an 80-64 win over Cross County this past Friday in Cherry Valley. Des Barnes added 11 points for the Warriors.

Starlasia Simmons scored nine points as Trumann (3-6) fell 56-24 to Osceola last Thursday in girls' basketball action in Trumann. The Junior Lady Wildcats won their game 43-13.

The Lady Hornets got 12 points from Jessica Webb and 10 points from Emily Armstrong but it wasn't enough as Riverside took a 54-35 win this past Thursday in Lake City. Riverside also won the junior high 45-28.
