Junior Hornets fight back to defeat Trumann

Harrisburg outscored Trumann 20-4 in the fourth quarter erasing a 10 point deficit to take a 38-32 win over the Junior Wildcats this past Tuesday in Harrisburg.

Trumann jumped out a 5-0 lead as Chris Webb drilled a three-pointer and Dedrick Coleman scored inside before the Junior Hornets got a basket down low from Adam Jones and a three-pointer from Brennon Honeycutt to tie the game at 5 with 3:47 left. Honeycutt hit one of two free throws for Harrisburg only to see Cameron Blagg hit two free throws for Trumann to give the Junior Wildcats a 7-6 as the first quarter came to an end.

Blagg hit one of two free throws for Trumann to start the second quarter making it 8-6 Junior Wildcats as Honeycutt got inside for a Harrisburg score to make it 8-8. Webb scored inside for Trumann, Presley Witt hit a jumper for Harrisburg before the Junior Wildcats got a basket from Blagg, one of two free throws from Azani Smith and a three-ball from Logan Creekmore to give Trumann a 16-10 lead with 1:02 left. Blagg hit one of two free throws for Trumann, Ray Michael Jones hit two free throws for Harrisburg as Logan Creekmore hit a jumper in the lane to make the score 19-12 Junior Wildcats at the half.
